My Podcast About Protecting the Environment

 

As an English language teaching student, I was assigned a task to create a podcast that introduces my own inspiring idea to improve the world or make it a better place to live in. After careful consideration, I decided to focus on the topic of protecting the environment. In this blog post, I will share my experience of completing this task and reflect on the process. 

When I first received the task, I was excited yet a little nervous as I had never created a podcast before. However, I saw this as an opportunity to challenge myself and develop new skills. The first step was to brainstorm ideas and come up with a unique and inspiring message. I spent some time researching and gathering information on why protecting the environment is important and how it can be achieved. Coming up with a clear and impactful message was the most challenging part for me.

Once I had a solid idea, I began writing the script for my podcast. This was a fun and creative process for me. I carefully chose my words to make sure they were engaging and easy to understand for listeners with different language levels.

Recording the actual podcast was a bit difficult for me as I wanted it to be perfect. However, with some practice, I was able to record it appropriately. I also added some background music to make it more engaging and interesting.

Overall, the process of completing this task was enjoyable but challenging at the same time. I learned new skills such as recording and editing audio, as well as how to effectively deliver a message through a podcast.

If given the chance, I would definitely assign a similar task to my learners in the future. This task not only improves their language skills but also encourages them to think critically and come up with creative ideas to make a positive impact on the world.
